What services do you offer?

Most of our services are detailed on the home page. However over the years we have built a list of trusted trade partners who in conjunction with us are able to offer a complete building service too. Therefore if you wanted an extension built, walls removed or added, loft conversions, porches, garages etc, we can help. click here for more information.

Can I get a price over the phone?

No. However we provide a free quotation service and are happy to visit you at your home and discuss your exact requirements and carry out a survey.

You will then receive a written quotation by post or email within 3-5 days laying out all the works that we have agree during the site visit.

Do you use quality products?

To guarantee our works and to ensure the decoration looks good for longer, we only use quality  fillers, stains, varnishes, wax and paints. 

We cannot guarantee products we do not recommend.  

Do you offer any design advise?

Yes.

We offer a free of charge design advise service, helping you decide on paint colours, finishes, decorative effects, whether to make you room look wider or longer etc. Just ask us when we make our initial home visit.

If we wanted to proceed, when can you start?

Ideally we would try to choose a time and date to suit you. However this may not be possible due to existing work loads. If that is the case we will do our best to reach an amicable commencement date.

Do you carry out commercial work?

Yes.

Not only do we service the domestic market, we also work for retailers, nursing homes, offices, guest houses, hotels, leisure facilities and government buildings.

We also do contract work and are site safe certificated.

Are you insured?

Yes.

Will I need to give a deposit?

All works with a quoted value of over £500 will require a 10% deposit. Any works with a quoted value over £1,000 will require a 20% deposit. This will fix a date in our diary for the commencement of works and show a commitment by the customer. We cannot guarantee a fixed commencement date for orders under £500.

Once the work is finished when do we pay you?

Unless otherwise stated in our quotation full payment (less any deposit), would need to made immediately following completion of works either by cash or BAC’s transfer. We do not accept cheques.
